CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens — and that’s okay! However, to respect my time and other clients, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Running Late? If you’re going to be late, please send a quick text to 314-413-5710. If I haven’t heard from you and you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and subject to the 75% fee.
